Head of Financial & Accounting (AVP)

Supervising Department: Accounting, Credit Control, Financial Control, Purchasing Job detail: Lead the full Finance and Accounting operational cycle: month-end closing, financial reporting, cost & inventory accounting, tax compliance, and Company Group Head Quarter reporting. Lead and manage the Accounting, Credit Control, Financial Control, and Purchasing functions to ensure smooth and effective operations. Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, including monitoring actual performance against budget and identifying key variances. Provide financial analysis, business insights, and recommendations to support Management in strategic and operational decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth. Support audits and drive process improvement and system enhancement. Key Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance, with experience in a managerial or leadership role. Strong experience in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax, cost accounting, and internal controls. Experience managing multiple Finance & Accounting functions and leading a team. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a business-oriented mindset. Proven ability to lead process, control, or reporting improvement initiatives from design through to adoption. Experience working with Group Headquarters / multinational organizations is highly preferred. Fluent in both Thai and English, with strong presentation and business writing skills. Strong leadership, people management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools; experience in process improvement or digital transformation is an advantage.
