Job Summary The HR Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, policy implementation, and statutory compliance. The role ensures that HR practices align with organizational goals while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture, FMCG experience is advantage. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Develop and execute recruitment strategies. Source, screen, interview, and select suitable candidates. Coordinate onboarding and induction programs. Build and maintain a talent pipeline. Employee Relations Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts. Promote employee engagement and satisfaction. Ensure a positive work environment and organizational culture. Performance Management Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems. Support managers in setting goals and conducting performance reviews. Identify performance improvement opportunities. Training & Development Assess organizational training needs. Organize learning and development programs. Monitor training effectiveness and employee growth. HR Operations Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Manage attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle processes. Develop and update HR policies and procedures. Compensation & Benefits Administer payroll inputs and employee benefits. Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation reviews. Ensure timely processing of employee benefits. Compliance Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Handle disciplinary procedures and grievance management. Support internal and external HR audits. HR Reporting Prepare HR dashboards and reports. Analyze workforce metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and hiring effectiveness. Recommend improvements based on HR data. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA in HR is preferred. Professional HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, CIPD) are an advantage. Experience 5–8 years of HR experience. At least 2–3 years in an HR Manager or similar leadership role. Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and labor law compliance. Required Skills Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
