Operations Officer (e-Commerce Platform)

Job Duties: • Daily platform operations: product listings, page management, inventory & data analysis • Plan & execute marketing campaigns; review results and optimize • Write product copy & promotional content to boost conversion • Analyze operational data (traffic, conversion, AOV, repurchase) & drive optimization • Collaborate with design, CS & supply chain teams to meet operational goals • Handle user reviews & feedback; assist in building user operations system Job Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree or above, with 3+ years e-commerce experience; familiar with HKTVMALL, Taobao, JD.com • Strong copywriting + basic design skills; proficient in MS Office • Data-driven product research & trend analysis • Proficient in data analysis; proposes actionable optimization • Good communication & coordination • Live streaming/short-video sales experience is a plus We offer attractive remuneration package (including 2 months or above discretionary performance bonus) and fringe benefits to the right candidates.
