Account Specialist – Cloud Solution

We are looking for a Infrastructure Planning and Deployment Specialist who can manage international customer projects from start to finish, this role is challenging and involves coordinating across multiple teams, designing Fiber, DWDM, and IP networks, and ensuring projects are delivered according to plan, it is ideal for individuals who want to grow in the field of International Connectivity and work with global telecommunications partners. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new enterprise customers , and build a strong sales pipeline through networking and partner channels Understand customer pain points and business needs, and propose suitable cloud solutions Work closely with Pre-sales teams to prepare technical proposals that solve real business problems Manage the full sales process from lead generation, presentation, negotiation, to closing deals and contract signing Maintain good relationships with existing customers to find opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts and reports for management Qualifications Bachelor’s/University degree, master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent Minimum 2-5 years of experience in B2B / Corporate Sales (Experience in Cloud Solution,Telecommunication, IT Solutions, System Integrator, or Software is highly desirable). Experience working in a team collaboratively. Self-Management to prioritize work and self-learning. Well-developed teamwork habits and communication skills Maintain an acceptable attendance record, be punctual, and meet deadlines. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
