CP Fresh, a leading fresh produce export business is looking for passionate new-generation talents to grow with us - bringing fresh ideas, global mindset, and energy to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business forward. Key Responsibilities Define pricing strategies, revenue models, and promotional plans; analyze costs and manage margins to maximize revenue and minimize waste. Develop and manage distribution channels (offline, online, and partners), and expand market reach through strategic partnerships and new channels to drive sales growth. Identify and develop new products/services based on customer insights and market trends, from pilot testing through to commercial launch. Source, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships (e.g., suppliers, logistics providers, platforms). Prioritize business investments and projects, monitor return on investment (ROI), and report performance to senior management. Lead and execute new business initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Own overall business performance, including sales, profitability, and operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field. 1–3 years of experience in business development or a related field. Strong teamwork skills with leadership potential and an entrepreneurial mindset. High level of ownership and accountability for assigned projects. Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret both detailed data and big-picture insights. Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment. Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to anticipate and plan for potential challenges. Effective communication skills in both Thai and English (Chinese proficiency is a plus). Good interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license will be an advantage. Willingness to travel domestically. Flexible working hours and willingness to work six days per week. Work Location: Khlong Luang - Pathum Thani (ตลาดไท), Trok Chan (BTS Saint Louis), and Willing to travel domestically e.g. Chanthaburi, Chumphon, Chiang Mai etc.
