SUPPLY NETWORK OPERATIONS AND LOGISTICS MANAGER

About the role Monde Nissin (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking a talented Supply Network Operations and Logistics Manager to join our team. In this full-time role based in Amata City, Chonburi, you will play a critical role in leading end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand and supply planning, logistics, warehousing and customer service to support the business growth plan and drive cost efficiency while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Supply Network Operations: Develop collaborative relationships with Sales and customers to align supply chain strategies, improve demand visibility, optimize SKU performance, and ensure effective inventory management. Logistics Management: Lead transportation, warehousing, import/export, and third-party logistics operations to deliver cost-effective, compliant, and efficient distribution solutions while driving continuous improvement. Demand Management: Manage demand planning and forecasting processes to ensure product availability, optimize inventory levels, and enhance forecast accuracy through close collaboration with customers, Sales, and Supply Chain teams. Customer Service Management: Oversee customer service operations by ensuring timely communication, accurate order and documentation processing, and effective resolution of delivery and service-related issues. Warehouse Management: Manage warehouse operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, ensuring inventory accuracy, optimal space utilization, regulatory compliance, and adherence to FSSC, GMP, quality and safety standards. People Management: Lead, develop, and coach the Supply Network Operations and Logistics team by setting clear objectives, driving performance, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or other related fields. Minimum 10 years experiences in supply network operations, demand planning, logistics, warehousing, import/export, and customer service for FMCG or Food industry. Knowledge of Quality System GMP, FSSC, HACCP, HALAL, government requirements, Safety regulation is preferred. Excellent leadership with people management and development skills. Good interpersonal skills, service minded, very well organized with commitment on timeline and quality. High energy, driven and strive for excellence. Like to take on challenges and solve problems. Proficient in English both written and spoken and good presentation skills.
