About the Role 1577 Infinite Co., Ltd. is looking for a Senior Sales & Service Data Analyst to join our Customer Experience team. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing and presenting sales and service data to support management decisions, improve operational processes and increase the effectiveness of sales and customer service activities. Key Responsibilities Data Collection & Management Collect quantitative and qualitative sales and service data for business analysis. Organize and maintain data systematically to ensure accuracy and ease of use. Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain complete and up-to-date information. Support the improvement of data-collection processes and reporting structures. Data Analysis & Business Insights Analyze sales performance, service data, customer information and operational results. Identify trends, performance gaps and business opportunities from available data. Develop recommendations and actionable insights based on analytical findings. Support management in making data-driven decisions. Dashboard, Reporting & Presentation Design and prepare dashboards, reports and data visualizations that are clear and easy to understand. Prepare reports covering Sales Performance, Campaign Redemption, KPIs and other assigned projects. Create professional presentations for Directors, Managers and senior management. Present analytical findings clearly and effectively to relevant stakeholders. Planning & Business Support Support planning, strategy development and process improvement for sales and service operations. Analyze and support projects such as Sales Projects, Lead Management and Smart Projects. Provide data and analytical support to internal departments as assigned. Coordinate and follow up with relevant teams to ensure data-related assignments are completed. Promote effective use of data among employees and relevant departments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, sales analysis, business analysis or a related area. Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create clear and professional presentations. Experience creating dashboards, reports or data visualizations. Able to translate complex data into practical business recommendations. Good command of English. Experience using Canva or Generative AI tools would be an advantage. Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, flexible and able to work effectively under pressure. Demonstrates leadership potential, accountability and the ability to support or coach others. Able to identify learning and development opportunities from work challenges. Portfolio Requirement Applicants are encouraged to submit examples of dashboards, analytical reports or data presentations together with their application. Portfolios that communicate insights clearly will receive special consideration.
