Key Responsibilities Develop new business and manage relationships with industrial customers, distributors and key accounts. Understand customer needs and recommend welding, robotic automation, industrial automation and IoT solutions. Manage the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and customer visits to quotation, negotiation and closing. Coordinate with engineering, service teams and suppliers on demonstrations, trials, implementation and delivery. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Support distributors through sales guidance, training and performance reviews. Monitor sales opportunities, market trends and competitors to achieve revenue targets. Prepare sales forecasts, reports and business updates. Support customer seminars, exhibitions and marketing activities. Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking customers and regional stakeholders. Perform other assigned duties Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related fields. 3+ years of B2B, industrial, technical or solution sales experience. Experience with automation, robotics, welding, IoT or manufacturing solutions is preferred. Chinese proficiency at HSK 4–5 level or equivalent; able to communicate in English and Thai. Strong skills in business development, negotiation and customer relationship management. Able to coordinate with technical teams, work independently and achieve targets. Good Microsoft Office skills and willingness to travel for customer visits. Experience with Chinese customers or distributors is an advantage.
