Responsibilities: Align customer needs with appropriate services and solutions to ensure high satisfaction. Handle and manage air export shipments from booking to final delivery. Prepare and process accurate billing, including cost input and revenue recognition. Generate invoices and ensure timely submission to customers and internal systems. Coordinate closely with overseas stations to ensure smooth shipment execution. Provide timely feedback and updates to stakeholders on shipment status and issues. Prepare daily operational reports and maintain proper documentation. Ensure compliance with company procedures, deadlines, and service quality standards. Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in Air Export operations within a freight forwarding company. Good command of English (written and spoken). Proactive and positive attitude with strong sense of ownership. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and billing. Result-oriented mindset with good problem-solving skills. Good coordination and communication skills with internal and overseas teams. Willingness to work shift condition.
