Responsibilities Timely and accurately react on any requests from external parties Carry-out payments Approval of payments in banking systems Reconcile Accounts Payable balances with vendors Aged items resolution on vendor subledgers Provide support for internal and external auditors Daily communication with internal and external customers, employees Processing of travel expenses in Global automated travel and expense system Checking correctness of travel and expense reports and as well. Checking of enclosed receipts and invoices Daily support of supplier queries through phone or e-mail Receive, review, and process customer sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of order information. Coordinate with sales teams, customer service, and logistics departments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders. Handle order changes, returns, cancellation requests, and update systems accordingly. Generate sales invoices accurately and timely based on completed orders and contractual terms. Ensure invoices align with customer purchase orders, contracts, and company policies. Process and resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to invoicing. Periodically monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging, identifying overdue amounts. Proactively communicate with customers for collection efforts, ensuring timely recovery of payments. Resolve customer payment discrepancies and disputes, coordinating with internal teams for investigation and resolution. Manage and maintain customer credit limits, performing regular credit assessments. Accurately match and apply customer payments to corresponding accounts receivable. Process and resolve unidentified payments or discrepancies, coordinating with banks and customers. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of cash flow records. Assist in identifying and implementing OTC process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Ensure all OTC activities comply with internal control policies and external regulatory requirements. Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations. Generate regular accounts receivable reports, cash flow forecast reports, and other relevant financial analysis reports. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) within the OTC process, providing insights for management decision-making. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field. Minimum of 3-10 years of experience in a finance-related role Proficiency in using OTC/AR, PTP/AP modules within major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QAD, Workday). Expertise in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). Solid understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable/accounts payable processes. Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective communication with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders at all levels. Good English reading and writing skills, capable of handling English business documents and email communication. Why join Genpact?
