Domestic Planner

Job Purpose: To plan and manage domestic shipment operations with efficiency in cost, time, and accuracy. This role coordinates with warehouse, transport, sales, and customers to ensure timely and quality deliveries. Additionally, the position supports reporting, quality control, and process improvements in alignment with company policies. Responsibilities: 1. Planning Management Plan the delivery of goods for domestic customers and customer pickup. Create shipment process (Loading instructions and Picking instructions). Control the cost per truck and logistic cost. Manage route planning to maximize cost efficiency. Create a Delivery note and Invoice of delivery. 2. Coordination Coordinate with Warehouse for the Finished Goods product and manage the STO of DCWN coming to Rangsit. Coordinate with the Transportation team for the support number of the truck type. Coordinate with Customer Services team for the forwarding ticket and appointment of delivery. Coordinate with the Project site of the delivery plan and appointment. 3. Team Management Manage the routing of shipments according to Transition time and Lead time delivery. Manage shipment utilization efficiently by truck type. Manage shipment accuracy in the process shipment and create a delivery note and Invoice. 4. Reporting and Quality Control Prepare the Daily actual ship Domestic report. Prepare the Control & Support claim report. Reprint the ticket from the Link scan from Customer Services for Order forwarding to the department. Support and provide Customer Services, Sales, and Customers. Support and Support according to the policy of the supervisor and the company. Prepare data to release credit to Finance. Other reports as assigned by the supervisor. Oversee domestic shipment planning and operations for factories located in Rangsit and Wang Noi. Manage logistics through multiple truck types, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and shipment volumes. Control transportation costs and optimize truck utilization efficiency. Responsible for preparing daily shipment reports, quality control, and providing cross-functional support. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery to customers. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher. Minimum of 3-5 years of Planning experience in planning shipments domestically. Proficient in planning, leadership, and handling high-pressure situations. Strong leadership abilities with excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and motivational skills. Demonstrates a positive attitude and effective interpersonal communication, with a solid understanding of employee relations management. Proficiency in English, computer literacy, Google Sheet, Google slide, Looker Studio, and presentation tools. Working Days: Monday – Saturday
