Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute strategic projects related to cross-border logistics, overseas business, and new business initiatives. Support commercial and business development activities by identifying business opportunities, preparing proposals, and coordinating with customers, vendors, and partners. Execute and improve operational projects to enhance service quality, efficiency, and business performance Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence to support commercial initiatives, strategic planning, and inorganic growth opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to drive project implementation and deliver project outcomes. Perform other project-related assignments as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. 2–3 years of experience in the logistics or supply chain industry. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good command of English (spoken and written). Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis; experience with AI-powered productivity tools is an advantage. Able to travel domestically and internationally as required. Willingness to relocate overseas is preferred. Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
