Job Description Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and business objectives. Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales performance. Develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Identify potential customers and new business opportunities in the international freight forwarding market. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and cost-saving opportunities. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable logistics services and solutions. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product/service demonstrations. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual conditions with customers. Introduce new products and services to existing and potential customers. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policies and targets. Proactively solve internal and customer-related issues by providing appropriate and effective solutions. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding (FWD) Strong English communication skills ( TOEIC 650+ ). Good communication and computer skills. Knowledge of Incoterms is an advantage. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel/work outside the office. Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
