Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead business development team for OEM products in both domestic and international markets to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets. Manage and expand relationships with existing OEM customers while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. Act as the key contact for OEM customers, understanding customer requirements and coordinating internal functions to ensure successful project execution. Support international market and sales activities, including customer visits, business negotiations, product presentations, and market expansion initiatives. Collaborate closely with R&D, production, quality assurance, supply chain, and procurement teams to develop and commercialize new products. Monitor business performance, sales achievements, and project progress, and implement corrective actions to achieve company targets. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering or related field. At least 10 years of experience in sales or business development within food / FMCG manufacturing industry. Good understanding of food product development, manufacturing processes, quality systems, and food industry regulations. Experience in managing OEM customers and international business projects is highly preferred. Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
