About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on RPA Developer to join our automation delivery team. You’ll work end-to-end on enterprise RPA projects — from setting up environments and developing bots to deploying solutions into production and supporting them post-go-live across platforms such as Automation Anywhere, IBM RPA, UiPath, and Power Automate. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on the next generation of enterprise automation, combining traditional RPA with AI, LLMs, and intelligent document processing to solve complex business challenges and drive digital transformation. This is a client-facing delivery role where you’ll deploy real-world automations across enterprise environments in industries such as financial services, telco, and manufacturing. You’ll take ownership of your automation solutions while working on high-impact production systems. What You'll Do Setup & Configuration Install and configure Automation Anywhere Control Room, IBM RPA Server, etc at client sites. Set up bot runners, credential vaults, user roles, and orchestration components. Provision and configure runtime VMs, dependencies, and platform upgrades. Development Design and develop RPA bots using Automation Anywhere (A360), IBM RPA, and Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud). Translate business requirements into clean, reusable automation workflows. Apply RPA best practices: error handling, logging, modular design, reusable components. Integrate bots with SAP, Microsoft 365, databases, and REST/SOAP APIs. Deployment Deploy bots to UAT and production following client change management processes. Schedule and orchestrate bot runs via Control Room, IBM RPA Studio on premise or on cloud. Manage version control, release notes, and rollback procedures. Support & Maintenance Monitor bots in production, investigate failures, and apply hotfixes. Provide support for client users and respond to incident tickets within SLA. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive improvements. Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation. What We're Looking For (Required) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1–2 years of hands-on experience with at least one of Automation Anywhere, IBM RPA, etc — including Control Room setup and bot development (Desktop / On-cloud). Proven experience taking bots from development through deployment to production support. Familiarity with Windows Server administration, scheduled tasks, and service accounts. Basic programming experience in at least one language such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript. Working knowledge of SQL and REST/SOAP APIs. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills in English. Willingness to work on client sites within when required. Nice to Have RPA certifications: Automation Anywhere, IBM RPA, Microsoft, UI Path, etc. Experience with IQ Bot, IBM Document Processing, or AI Builder for OCR / document extraction. Experience integrating LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, MCP, Agents Experience developing custom libraries, SDK integrations, or reusable components for RPA platforms. Experience integrating with SAP (BAPIs, IDocs, GUI scripting). Familiarity with version control (Git) and Agile delivery.

24,795 developer jobs are open right now

Here's where they are and how to stand out in your next interview.

That number includes positions in India (9,577), Poland (3,429), the United States (1,753), Singapore (787), and Brazil (779). If you're looking to move or work remotely, check which countries match your goals — then filter WorkMundi by location to see what's actually hiring near you.

Most developer ads you'll see are written in English: 18,397 of the 24,795. That doesn't tell you whether the job itself requires you to speak English or work in English daily, so read each posting carefully. Don't assume the language of the ad matches the language of the team.

The employers posting the most developer roles are Link Group (369 jobs), Upvanta (257), jobgether (226), and OfferZen (212). If you're applying to any of these, research their hiring patterns. They move fast and post often, which means they're either scaling hard or replacing people who didn't fit.

In your interview, expect this: 'Walk me through the last time you had to debug something that took you more than an hour. What was it, what did you try first, and what would you do differently?' Hiring managers ask this to see if you think systematically or just try random fixes. Have a real example ready with specifics.
