Finance and Accounting Manager

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the local accounting team to ensure smooth daily operations and address finance and accounting issues. Handle intercompany transactions, including recharge, agreements, settlements, and monthly reconciliations. Monitor overall accounts receivable and track collection progress. Compile and analyze financial information and reports to ensure accuracy and reliability. Prepare and support monthly financial statements and reports for Thailand in compliance with TFRS (for statutory reporting) and US GAAP (for group reporting). Coordinate the annual budget and forecasting process, providing accurate financial projections and variance analysis. Prepare cash flow analyses and projections to support business planning. Ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures to strengthen corporate governance. Oversee timely month-end financial closing processes. Manage annual statutory audits, group audits, tax audits, and tax filings (including VAT/GST). Assist with other accounting and finance projects, including system upgrades and implementations. Manage banking matters such as account openings, maintenance, and related documentation. Handle ad hoc projects to support management and organizational objectives. Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with business operations. REQUIREMENTS Degree or above with major in accounting or finance is required Must be registered and qualified under the Thai Accounting Professions Act and Department of Business Development The equivalent of a CPA designation is required Minimum of 10 years of experience with minimum 3 years from sizable audit firm Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in sizable multinational corporation with US parent Proficiency in big data analytics is essential Familiar with TFRS, US GAAP and tax regulations in Thailand Experience working in logistics industry and/or SAP user knowledge is a plus Hands-on style with solid Excel skills is essential Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required If you are interested in this position, please send your English resume with details of qualification, experience, present, and expected salaries, and contact number to us.
