Job Summary We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the K-12 business through social media and digital marketing. This is a hands-on role covering content creation, teacher creator management, community management, paid media, and performance reporting. You will work closely with the Head of K-12 and Senior Marketing Strategist to execute marketing plans and turn strategies into measurable results. Key Responsibilities Teacher Creator Program Manage day-to-day operations of the Teacher Creator Program, working with teachers and independent education creators. Prepare and distribute content briefs and materials, coordinate deliverables, and track creator performance. Ensure sponsored content follows company policies on disclosure, transparency, and youth safety. Content Creation Create Thai-language content, captions, and hooks for teachers and students. Produce short-form vertical videos for TikTok and Reels using CapCut or similar tools. Create social media graphics using Canva while following brand guidelines. Manage student-generated content (UGC) responsibly and ensure proper consent and compliance with PDPA and youth protection principles. Social Media Management Manage and publish content across the company’s TikTok and Facebook channels. Create and maintain a content calendar and ensure content is published on schedule. Monitor audience engagement and identify opportunities to improve content performance. Paid Social Set up, launch, and optimize campaigns and boosted posts across Meta and TikTok. Manage targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation. Monitor campaign performance and provide clear recommendations based on cost and results. Community Management Respond to comments, messages, and user inquiries across social channels within agreed response times. Escalate sensitive issues appropriately and identify recurring user issues for relevant teams. Performance Reporting Prepare weekly performance reports covering reach, engagement, follower growth, paid media performance, and contribution to platform activation and weekly users. Maintain accurate and consistent marketing data and reporting. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role, with a portfolio demonstrating work you have personally created and published. Native-level Thai writing skills and working proficiency in English. Strong understanding of TikTok and Facebook trends, content formats, and audience behavior in Thailand. Hands-on skills in short-form video editing using CapCut or similar tools and graphic design using Canva . Practical experience creating and optimizing campaigns using Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads Manager . Strong ownership and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Ability to read and interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable recommendations. Good judgment when creating and managing content involving young audiences and working with government-related stakeholders. Nice to Have Experience in Education, EdTech, or youth-focused brands . Experience supporting Influencer, KOL, Creator, or Ambassador programs . Familiarity with LINE Official Account . Experience using AI tools for content creation and marketing workflows. Basic knowledge of SQL or dashboard/reporting tools .
