Key Responsibilities 1.Classroom & Learning Support Support educators during classes, workshops, and activities Assist in preparing classroom materials and learning resources Help manage classroom environment, student participation, and engagement Support small group activities and student supervision 2. Student Support & Coordination Assist students during learning activities and projects Observe student participation, behavior, and well-being Support attendance tracking and classroom organization Help students stay focused and engaged during sessions 3. Program & Activity Preparation Prepare learning materials, equipment, and activity setup before class Organize classroom space and learning environment Support workshops, camps, showcases, and special events 4. Communication & Administrative Support Coordinate schedules and logistics with educators and operations team Support documentation such as attendance, student reports, and activity records Assist with parent communication when assigned 5. Learning Environment & Operations Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment Support classroom transitions and daily operational flow Ensure learning materials and supplies are properly managed
