1. Area Aftersales Manager Key Responsibilities: Responsible for Develop and implement comprehensive after-sales strategies for your assigned area, ensuring alignment with overall company goals. Designing quarterly and annual after-sales service plans and supervising the implementation. Responsible for planning and researching CSI programs, and responsible for the formulation and implementation of weak improvement plans. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for parts, service contracts, and other after-sales products. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and workshops in your area. Provide technical and business support to dealerships and workshops, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to deliver exceptional customer service. Conduct training programs for dealership staff on new products, services, and technologies. Monitor and analyze after-sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on after-sales activities and results. Travel throughout your assigned area to visit dealerships and workshops. Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in after-sales operations; experience in multiple after-sales roles would be an additional benefit. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in English communication. (Chinese language skills are an added advantage) Strong communication, learning, teamwork, and logical reasoning skills. Full of passion for business development, eager to learn new things, and able to manage unforeseen situations effectively. 2. Area Sales Manager Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth and meet or exceed sales targets with dealer Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training and support to help them achieve their individual and team sales goals Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and use this intelligence to inform sales plans Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions Provide accurate sales forecasting Qualifications: Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the automotive industry Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making Fluent in both Thai and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
