Location: INTEQC FLOUR MILL Co., Ltd. – Na Khok Subdistrict, Samut Sakhon, Thailand Business Type: Wheat flour products for food business Working Days: Work 6 days a week with flexible days off 2 Saturdays per month. Job Summary Lead and drive the overall marketing and sales strategy for the wheat flour product portfolio to achieve sustainable market share growth and maximize profitability. Oversee multi-channel distribution management across Industrial (B2B), Traditional Trade, and Modern Trade segments, while strengthening strategic customer partnerships and enhancing brand positioning within the wheat flour industry. Ensure effective sales operations, trade execution, and data-driven performance optimization to deliver strong business results. Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Leadership & Sustainable Growth Provide strategic leadership in initiating and driving new business initiatives, including new projects, products, markets, and technologies, to ensure continuous and sustainable organizational growth. Lead and actively participate in enterprise-level strategic projects to enhance competitiveness, business expansion, and profitability. Identify and pursue new growth opportunities that strengthen long-term business performance and shareholder value. Business Systems & Operational Excellence Spearhead the development and enhancement of business systems and operational processes to maximize productivity and minimize operational losses. Establish and institutionalize improved processes and best practices to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the organization. High-Performance Organization & Team Development Build and cultivate a high-performance organization by empowering subordinates to lead and participate in strategic initiatives. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence to ensure successful project delivery and sustainable business outcomes. Talent & Leadership Development Develop and strengthen organizational capabilities through structured mentoring, coaching, training, delegation, and leadership development programs (e.g., A3 methodology). Identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent to ensure leadership pipeline readiness and long-term organizational sustainability. Managerial & Governance Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Budget Management Lead and collaborate in the formulation of annual and mid-term business plans (1–3 years), including budgeting processes aligned with corporate strategy and financial objectives. Ensure effective resource allocation to achieve organizational targets and sustainable financial performance. Organizational Design & Workforce Planning Partner with EVP and HRM/OD in designing organizational structures, workforce planning, and capability development frameworks to enhance agility, lean operations, and cross-functional collaboration. Performance Governance & Control Oversee and evaluate organizational performance through structured monitoring systems (monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews) utilizing KPIs, performance matrices, and management templates. Ensure achievement of operational excellence in alignment with QCDSMESE principles (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Morale, Environment, etc.). Recognition & Total Rewards Governance Lead and participate in reward and recognition governance committees to promote a performance-driven culture. Strengthen employee engagement and retention through fair, transparent, and performance-based total reward systems. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. An MBA or Master’s degree in a related discipline will be given special consideration. Working Experience Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the wheat flour industry or Food/FMCG sector. At least 5 years of proven experience in a senior management or executive-level role within the wheat flour or Food/FMCG industry. Strong understanding of B2B business models and OEM management. Key Competencies Knowledge International marketing strategies and frameworks. Economic analysis and market dynamics of wheat flour and Food/FMCG products. Commercial laws, trade regulations, and business contract management. Skills Advanced negotiation and influencing skills. Strategic planning and execution capabilities. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Attributes Strong service mindset with customer-centric orientation. Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities. Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving business objectives.
