Programme & Partnership Development Manager About The Oaks The Oaks is a Hong Kong–registered Christian non‑profit charitable organisation dedicated to workplace ministry and mission‑driven entrepreneurship. We connect entrepreneurs and Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) leaders through training, forums, peer networks, publications, and community activities, promoting the integration of faith and business. Our aim is to cultivate influential workplace leaders and foster transformation in enterprises, workplaces, and the wider community. (www.theoaksnet.org) Position Overview Programme & Partnership Development Manager In response to the needs of SMEs in the Hong Kong market, The Oaks is expanding its programme and partnership ministries. We are seeking a pioneering, relationship‑building, and innovative leader to drive programme development, strategic partnerships, community growth, and sustainable revenue expansion. This role carries significant influence among SME and corporate managers in Hong Kong, and will pilot initiatives that integrate Christian faith with business practice. Key Responsibilities Programme Development & Management Drive and deliver training programmes, forums, workshops, and large‑scale events tailored for SMEs Develop new learning and community initiatives suitable for SMEs Enhance participant engagement and experience Evaluate programme effectiveness and implement continuous improvements Partnership Development Build and foster professional relationship with corporations, SMEs, churches, foundations, and supporters Identify sponsorship and collaboration opportunities Develop strategic alliances and co‑creation projects Expand corporate and stakeholder engagement Community Development & Growth Promote participation among members, service users, and volunteers Establish referral and ambassador programmes Nurture long‑term partners and supporters Revenue & Resource Development Support fundraising and donor engagement Develop SME‑appropriate revenue‑generating programmes and initiatives Coordinate corporate collaborations and community marketplace projects Explore new sustainable income channels Administration & Reporting Manage programme budgets and timelines Prepare activity and impact reports Maintain partner and community databases Requirements Essential Bachelor’s degree or above Solid knowledge of the Bible and heart for Christian ministry At least 15 years of relevant work experience, including experience in Christian organisations or Christian churches Strong programme management and organisational skills Good written and spoken Chinese and English Proven ability in relationship building and network development Proactive, able to work independently Entrepreneurial and pioneering mindset Preferred Experience in Christian organisations, chambers of commerce, membership bodies, professional associations, or NGOs Experience in business development, partnership management, sponsorship development, or fundraising Familiarity with SME and entrepreneurship ecosystems Alignment with mission‑driven business and workplace transformation values AI & Digital Capabilities Applicants must be proficient in using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) for content planning, market research, event promotion, data organisation, workflow optimisation, and automation.
