Procurement Officer

Being a procurement professional in our procurement department, you will be at the heart of our supply chain, ensuring perfect execution from booking to the billing process. You will ensure we procure the right products from suitable suppliers with high efficiency and integrity while ensuring regulatory compliance to import and export control. You will be a key team player in the procurement team among our operations while developing your career and competence to serve the commercial sector's IT needs. You will have the opportunity to participate in multi-million dollar transactions involving publicly-listed large enterprise customers. Responsibilities: Responsible for handling purchase orders; Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures; Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records; Prepare daily & monthly reporting for business analysis; Assist in managing vendors' pricing, terms and quality of services; Coordinates between the internal departments and external vendors to arrange timely delivery and billing Requirements High diploma or above; 5 years of experience in purchasing, sales order processing and/or supply-chain management; Experience working in an Information Technology company or handling Information Technology products is an advantage; Experience in using ERP software (e.g. SAGE, SAP, etc) is an advantage; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Interpersonal Skill Good team player, communication and organisation skills, self-motivated, independent and responsible; Dynamic with a critical eye for details, accuracy and excellence; High integrity; Good command of English and Chinese.
