Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in the Central & Western District. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, document requirements, and translate them into clear specifications for technical and operational teams. Daily responsibilities include analyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the design of secure, efficient workflows and solutions. The role involves preparing reports and presentations, facilitating meetings, and ensuring that proposed solutions align with organizational goals and security standards. The Business Analyst will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning, testing, and implementation activities. Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Proficiency in business analysis and defining business requirements to support technology and process solutions. Experience with business process mapping, optimization, and documentation. Effective communication skills for engaging stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and presenting findings. Relevant academic background in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience working in technology, security, or enterprise solutions environments is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Central & Western District and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
