About the Role We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive real adoption of our digital learning platform. This role is not simply about managing relationships or closing deals. Your goal is to turn “registered schools” into “actively using schools.” You will work closely with teachers, school leaders, and education supervisors to understand what is preventing adoption, remove those barriers, and help schools integrate the platform into their everyday teaching. This is a field-based role that requires regular travel and face-to-face engagement with schools. Some challenges simply cannot be solved through email or online meetings. Key Responsibilities 1. Manage Your School & District Portfolio Own a portfolio of assigned schools and education districts, and keep all account information up to date in the KAM Portfolio Tracker. Track key contacts, adoption status, engagement level, challenges, and next steps. Segment schools based on their current level of adoption and prioritize your outreach accordingly. Develop different approaches for schools that are already engaged, partially active, or have not yet started using the platform. 2. Drive Real Teacher Adoption Conduct regular one-on-one and small-group product demonstrations and training sessions for teachers. Support teachers from their first interaction with the platform through to successfully assigning real work to real students. Follow up consistently after each session to identify challenges and encourage continued usage. Measure success by actual classroom usage, not simply the number of schools contacted or trained. 3. Build Relationships with Key Stakeholders Build strong working relationships with school directors, administrators, teachers, and Education Supervisors (Supervisors / ศน.). Engage decision-makers who can approve, encourage, and scale platform adoption across schools. Understand when an issue requires escalation beyond the classroom and identify the right stakeholder to involve. 4. Diagnose & Resolve School-Level Barriers Identify the real barriers preventing adoption, such as device availability, internet connectivity, login issues, data synchronization, approval processes, or other operational challenges. Work closely with Product, QA, Developer, and Partnership teams to escalate issues with clear and actionable information. Bring insights and feedback from the field back to the team to improve our strategy, product, and approach. Be transparent about schools that are not yet ready to adopt, rather than overstating progress. 5. Maintain Accurate Data & Reporting Keep school and account information accurate, complete, and up to date. Use trackers and dashboards to analyze adoption, prioritize accounts, and manage your portfolio effectively. Provide accurate and honest reporting, as adoption data may be shared with company leadership and government partners. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or field-based role with direct ownership of results, such as Key Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, Education/EdTech, Field Operations, Government Relations, Channel Management, or similar roles. Experience working directly with customers, stakeholders, schools, or organizations in the field. Strong understanding of, or the ability to quickly learn, the Thai public school system and how decisions are made within schools and education authorities. Native-level Thai communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with teachers, school administrators, and government officials across different regions. Working proficiency in English for internal communication, documentation, and data. Willingness and ability to travel regularly and work in the field , rather than being primarily office-based. Strong follow-up and ownership mindset. You are comfortable following up multiple times and staying with an issue until it is resolved. Comfortable working with data, trackers, and dashboards to prioritize accounts and make decisions. High level of integrity, sound judgment, and professionalism when working with government agencies, schools, teachers, and young learners. Nice to Have Experience in EdTech, education, teacher training, or learning technology . Existing network or experience working with OBEC, Educational Service Area Offices (ESAO), Secondary Educational Service Area Offices, or Provincial Education Offices . Experience conducting training, workshops, or product demonstrations for teachers or adult learners. Experience working in a startup or small team where processes are still being built and improved. Experience using AI tools to support communication, account planning, follow-ups, and portfolio management.
