Title: Retail Operations Team Lead Reports to: Head of Operations Location: Bangkok (Head Office – Sathorn) Employment Type: Full-time, permanent Aura Wellness Group is one of Thailand's fastest-growing aesthetics and wellness platforms, with a portfolio that includes Aura Bangkok Clinic, Aura Xpress, and AURASOL Wellness & Spa. We serve both local and international clients with a full range of beauty, skin, and wellness solutions – from Botox and fillers to laser treatments and spa programs. From our head office in Sathorn, we support a rapidly expanding network of clinics and wellness outlets in Bangkok and key provinces. We are a performance-driven, yet friendly and collaborative organisation where ideas are valued, speed matters, and people who take ownership can grow quickly. This role is offered at Senior Associate to Assistant Manager level. Placement and package reflect the size of portfolio a candidate has demonstrably carried before — we would rather set the level honestly at offer than advertise a single band and negotiate backwards. Role Purpose Own a portfolio of branches and their results. You will carry the revenue, the retention, and the capability of the managers running those branches. Your branches' results are your results. This is not a coordination role. You set the target, you find the gap, you intervene, and you answer for the outcome. We are looking for operators who came up through service Everything Aura sells is delivered by a person, in a room, to a client paying for how it feels as much as what it does. A branch can hit its number for a quarter on discounting and still be getting worse. We want someone who can read both — the number and the room — and who cannot walk past something being done badly. Preferred Backgrounds Hotel outlet or department management (F&B, rooms, spa), multi-outlet restaurant or retail management, or multi-branch clinic, spa, or wellness operations. What matters is that you have carried a commercial target in a service environment and been answerable for a team's results. Other backgrounds are welcome — these are the ones we have found translate best. Key Responsibilities Branch Performance Revenue ownership — Drive revenue across your portfolio: set targets, track progress, identify gaps, and intervene early. Performance depth — Understand the drivers of each branch's performance at a granular level: by day, by staff, by product. Business cases — Spot branch-level opportunities and risks — renovation, capacity, relocation — and bring a costed case, not a complaint. People Manager accountability — Hold branch managers to targets and standards while actively building their capability. Manager coaching — Develop your managers' business judgment, not only their operational compliance. Retention ownership — Own retention and performance of frontline and management staff across your branches. Staffing quality — Work with HR and Training so your branches are properly staffed and new joiners are set up to succeed, and identify high-potential staff early. Service & Standards Client experience — Ensure your branches deliver the experience Aura promises, and hold the line when a branch drifts from it. Operating standards — Ensure branches operate to company standards on compliance, inventory, and process, with sensible flexibility for branch-specific context. Branch presence — Spend real time on site. This role cannot be done from a report. Strategic Input Ground-up insight — Translate what you see on site into recommendations HQ can act on. You are the link between what happens in branches and what gets decided centrally. Company-level contribution — Contribute to decisions on standardisation, new branch setup, and process improvement. Your input will be heard. Escalation — Identify operational blockers that sit above branch level and escalate them with the facts attached. Qualifications 2+ years in branch or multi-site operations, including at least one year personally accountable for a revenue or sales target. Candidates with 4–6 years and a larger portfolio will be placed higher in the band. A service background, and a service standard you hold personally rather than one you were told to follow. Exceptional communication — you brief frontline staff so instructions actually land, hold a difficult conversation with a branch manager without damaging the relationship, and present clearly to management. People instincts: you can read a room, give direct feedback, and build trust with frontline teams quickly. Comfortable reading a performance report, spotting the anomaly, and knowing what to ask next. High personal standards, and the instinct to create structure where there is none. Fluent Thai. Strong English is an advantage. Willing to be in branches regularly, including occasional travel upcountry as the network expands. What We're Looking For You notice the detail a client would notice, before the client does. You don't just execute what you're told — you identify what needs to improve and bring a point of view. You can be direct with a team without making it personal. You are comfortable in a fast-scaling, resource-constrained environment where structure is still being built. You want to grow with a brand that is genuinely going somewhere.
