New Business Service Manager/Director- Insurance for High Net Worth (KL Sentral) Job Description Manage the end-to-end processing of new insurance business applications, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within established timelines Produce customized insurance proposals and benefit illustrations to support the sales and advisory process. Track application status closely by coordinating with insurers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth policy issuance. Maintain and update customer records, case notes, and business activities within the company's CRM platform to ensure data integrity Coordinate medical examinations, outstanding requirements, and supporting documentation required for underwriting approval Work collaboratively with the Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure efficient case processing, reporting accuracy, and adherence to regulatory requirements Ensure all new business transactions comply with company policies, industry best practices, and relevant regulatory guidelines Prepare operational reports, monitor case turnaround times, and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and service delivery Provide administrative and operational support for business initiatives, special projects, and other responsibilities assigned by Management Job Requirement Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field At least 8 years of experience in insurance policy administration, new business, servicing, case management, financial planning Experience in life insurance industry Strong organizational and communication skills Experience dealing with High Net Worth clients is an advantage
