Edition Clinic is one of Bangkok's fastest-growing aesthetic clinics, located in the heart of Thonglor. Since opening in May 2023, we've more than doubled our revenue year on year — and we're now preparing to open new branches. We're looking for an organised KOL Coordinator to manage our influencer partnerships from first contact to final report. You'll work with clear terms and guidance from our Digital Marketing Lead, so this is a great fit for someone who's detail-oriented, communicates well, and enjoys relationship management. Responsibilities: Research and shortlist KOLs/influencers based on criteria provided by the Digital Marketing Lead, and present options internally for approval Contact selected KOLs/influencers and initiate collaboration discussions Confirm collaboration terms and finalise agreements within pre-set conditions Coordinate influencer visits to the clinic, including scheduling and on-site logistics Collect and organise content and materials delivered by influencers after collaboration Prepare summary reports on each collaboration for the Digital Marketing Lead Working Hours : 11:00 – 20:00 (1-hour lunch break included) Days Off : 6 days per month What we offer: Performance-based incentives on top of your base salary Social security and staff treatment discounts Real opportunity to grow as the company expands
