Graphic Designer, Video & Content Creator / Influencer

Position: Graphic Designer, Video & Content Creator / Influencer YU RISE Co., Ltd. We are looking for a creative and energetic Graphic Designer, Video & Content Creator / Influencer who is passionate about social media, real estate, lifestyle, and content creation. The ideal candidate should be able to handle the entire content creation process — from concept development, scripting, shooting, on-camera presentation, graphic design, video editing, publishing, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities 1. Graphic Design Create visual content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE, and other digital platforms. Design property listings, promotional materials, project information, infographics, and social media posts. Create brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and event materials. Maintain consistency with YU RISE’s brand identity and visual guidelines. 2. Video & Content Creation Develop creative content related to real estate, lifestyle, and living in Bangkok. Shoot photos and videos of condominiums, houses, property projects, and interesting locations. Create and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube. Develop engaging hooks, storyboards, and scripts. Manage the complete video production process from concept to final publication. 3. Property Review & Influencer Content Create property review content featuring condominiums, houses, and real estate projects. Be comfortable and confident appearing on camera and presenting content. Develop an engaging and authentic presentation style. Create property review videos in an Influencer / KOL style. Create lifestyle content featuring restaurants, cafés, shopping malls, community malls, and interesting places in Bangkok. Produce different types of content such as Property Tours, Reviews, Recommendations, Comparisons, and How-To Content. Collaborate with influencers, KOLs, brands, and business partners. Represent YU RISE in content shoots, events, and promotional activities. 4. Social Media & Trends Develop content ideas and content calendars with the Marketing team. Stay up to date with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and social media trends. Adapt current trends into content that fits the YU RISE brand. Write captions and basic copywriting for social media. Monitor content performance, including views, reach, engagement, and overall performance. Use performance insights to improve future content. 5. Marketing & Collaboration Work closely with the Sales and Property Consultant teams to create content that supports property sales and rentals. Develop creative campaigns and marketing content. Coordinate with external Influencers, KOLs, and Content Creators. Attend events, exhibitions, and company activities to create content. Help increase YU RISE’s brand awareness and online presence. Qualifications Creative, energetic, and passionate about social media and content creation. Experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing, Content Creation, or a related field. Confident in front of the camera and comfortable speaking on camera. Previous experience as a Content Creator, Influencer, KOL, or Presenter is a plus. Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, and/or CapCut. Able to take professional-looking photos and videos using a smartphone or camera. Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Strong storytelling and presentation skills. Creative, proactive, and willing to experiment with new content ideas. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills. Good command of English is an advantage. Japanese language skills are a plus. Portfolio of Graphic Design, Video, Social Media, or Content Creation work is required. Property Review & Influencer Content ทำ Content รีวิวโครงการ คอนโด บ้าน และสถานที่น่าสนใจ สามารถ ออกหน้ากล้อง / พูดหน้ากล้อง / รีวิวสถานที่ ได้ สร้าง Personal Style ในการนำเสนอ Content ให้มีความเป็นธรรมชาติและน่าติดตาม ทำ Video รีวิว Property ในรูปแบบ Influencer / KOL รีวิว Lifestyle เช่น ร้านอาหาร คาเฟ่ Shopping Mall Community Mall และสถานที่น่าสนใจในกรุงเทพฯ สร้าง Content ในรูปแบบ “พาชม / รีวิว / แนะนำ / เปรียบเทียบ / How to” ร่วมงานกับ Influencer, KOL, Brand และ Partner ของบริษัท สามารถเป็นตัวแทนของ YU RISE ในการถ่าย Content และกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ 4. Social Media & Trend คิด Content Idea และ Content Calendar ร่วมกับทีม Marketing ติดตาม Trend ของ TikTok, Instagram Reels และ Social Media อย่างสม่ำเสมอ นำ Trend ใหม่ ๆ มาปรับใช้กับ Content ของบริษัท เขียน Caption และ Copywriting เบื้องต้น วิเคราะห์ยอด View, Engagement, Reach และ Performance ของ Content นำข้อมูลมาปรับปรุง Content ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น 5.
