Position Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery health across assigned squads, ensuring consistent and reliable sprint outcomes Define and track meaningful delivery metrics, including : Drive commitment discipline by tracking planned vs delivered work and improving predictability over time Enforce clear Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) to prevent incomplete or ambiguous work entering sprints Proactively identify risks and resolve issues impacting delivery timelines with Project Team Establish and run cross-functional planning to align priorities, scope, and readiness before sprints Bridge gaps between Product Managers, Designers, Tech Leads, and Developers to ensure shared understanding before execution Ensure design and requirements readiness ahead of sprint planning to eliminate mid-sprint disruptions Act as the central point of coordination for cross-team dependencies and sequencing in a project Ensure effective execution of agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) with a strong focus on outcomes over rituals Facilitate Scrum of Scrums / cross-team syncs with clear outcomes Coach teams on breaking down work, estimation discipline, and sprint commitment integrity Partner with Product Owners to maintain a well-prioritized, refined, and ready backlog Actively remove organizational blockers and escalate to Project Manager/Pillar's Lead when necessary Support teams in continuously improving delivery practices through actionable retrospectives: ○ Planned vs Delivered (commitment reliability) ○ Cycle time and throughput ○ Blocked time and dependency delays ○ Work in Progress (WIP) ○ Use data to drive improvements and accountability of team members. Provide clear, actionable insights into leadership on delivery risks, trends, and improvement areas Assess current agile maturity and implement practical, lightweight improvements Influence on adopting structured, shift from reactive execution to proactive and outcome driven practices Mentor Junior Scrum Masters and uplift overall delivery capability Qualifications and Experience 5+ and above years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master or Delivery Lead roles in complex, multi-team environments. Proven track record of transforming chaotic or low-predictability teams into stable, high-performing delivery units. Strong experience working across Product, Design, and Engineering in fast-paced environments. Hands-on experience managing cross-team dependencies and delivery risks. Deep understanding of flow-based delivery, agile metrics, and system-level optimization. Additional: ○ Experience in Retail, F&B, or high-transaction digital platforms is a plus ○ Experience scaling agile across multiple teams ○ Agile certifications (e.g., PSM, CSM, PMI-ACP) a Necessity, not a Luxury
