Responsibilities: Direct report to Director and assist to lead the team of sales and corporate with other internal and external clients Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed the company's quarterly and annual revenue targets. Responsible for driving sales growth across portfolio of events such as corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, etc. Negotiate terms and pricing to secure event bookings and maximize revenue. Prepare professional sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients. Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with new and existing clients. Identify customer’s needs, enquiries handling, provide tracking reports or analysis through close communications by phone calls, messages, meetings and visits, in order to provide customized event solutions. Work closely with other departments, especially event operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales commitment to on-site event execution. Ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of solid sales or customer service experience or other related fields. Candidates with experience in event planning, exhibitions (MICE), advertising, property management or the PR industry will be highly preferred. Supervisory experience in the field of Event Management will be an advantage. A collaborative team player with a positive mindset, strong interpersonal & communication skills, and effective problem-solving abilities. Highly aggressive, self-motivated, and result-driven.
