We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager – Corporate to lead corporate and MICE sales activities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue through high-value accounts and business contracts. This role will work closely with the Director of Sales and serve as a key business partner in developing and executing sales strategies, particularly across the corporate, travel trade, and MICE segments. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for the Corporate, MICE, and Travel Trade segments to achieve revenue and business targets. Lead negotiations and close contracts and commercial agreements with travel agents, DMCs, corporate clients, and MICE partners. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic business partners. Build and leverage a strong network of travel agents, DMCs, corporate clients, and MICE organizers across Thailand. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's corporate and trade customer portfolio. Act as a key support and business partner to the Director of Sales , assisting with market development, sales planning, negotiations, and business decisions. Analyze and utilize business forecasts, rate structures, sales performance data, and market information to support commercial decisions and sales strategies. Manage the full key account cycle , from prospecting and negotiation through contract closing, account development, and relationship management. Monitor account performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for revenue growth. Participate in client meetings, sales calls, business events, trade shows, and MICE activities as required. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management. Qualifications 8+ years of sales experience in Corporate, MICE, Travel Trade, Hospitality, or related industries . Proven track record in negotiating and closing contracts with travel agents, DMCs, and corporate clients. Strong existing network and connections within Thailand's travel agent, DMC, corporate, and MICE sectors. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand and utilize business forecasts, rate structures, and sales performance data for decision-making. Excellent negotiation, business development, and key account management skills . Proven ability to manage the full key account lifecycle and build long-term business relationships. Excellent English communication skills , both spoken and written. Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Highly proactive, results-oriented, commercially minded, and able to work independently. Experience working closely with senior management or a Director of Sales is an advantage.
