Due to expansion of our client's business, we continue to look for suitable candidates to work at our client's data centre site. Role Summary : The Cybersecurity Manager is responsible for securing the project’s network and connected systems by implementing baseline controls, validating compliance requirements, and supporting secure operations. This role ensures cybersecurity considerations are embedded into infrastructure delivery, testing, and operational support. Responsibilities: Review and implement security controls across network and connected infrastructure environments. Translate security architecture and policy requirements into practical technical controls for implementation. Perform baseline hardening for network devices, security appliances, and relevant connected systems. Support the deployment and configuration of firewalls, access policies, VPNs, segmentation rules, and other cyber controls. Conduct security validation, configuration review, and compliance checks during implementation and commissioning. Support incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and remediation planning for cyber-related events or vulnerabilities. Develop technical documentation including hardening baselines, validation reports, risk observations, and control traceability records. Work with project teams to ensure systems meet internal security requirements and relevant standards. Support operational monitoring and improvement of cybersecurity posture within the project environment. Partners with Network Engineers to build secure-by-design infrastructure. Coordinates with ELV Specialists where physical security systems intersect with cyber controls. Reports functionally to the Park Manager. Perform any other duties assigned by Management. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 5 years of hands-on cybersecurity and infrastructure security experience. Must come from a system integration background, with direct delivery experience in customer environments. Hands-on experience with: Firewalls Network access controls VPN technologies Secure network implementation Strong knowledge of: Network security Access control Security baselines and compliance Vulnerability and configuration review Relevant professional certification is mandatory. Good understanding of infrastructure security in enterprise or data centre environments. Strong documentation, coordination, and troubleshooting capability. Must be willing to work in Seremban/Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
