Role Summary: The Network Manager / Senior Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, validating, and supporting enterprise, campus, and data centre network infrastructure for the project. This role translates high-level architecture into detailed technical delivery, ensures performance and resiliency, and supports day-to-day operational stability. The position requires strong hands-on system integration experience in live customer environments. Responsibilities: Translate approved network architecture into detailed physical and logical designs, including topology diagrams, traffic flows, failover design, redundancy planning, and implementation details. Prepare technical requirement documents, design validation materials, implementation plans, and engineering documentation for simple to complex network solutions. Configure, deploy, and optimize switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers according to project design and operational requirements. Perform baseline hardening and secure configuration of network devices in line with security compliance requirements and best practices. Develop and execute test plans, validation procedures, and integration checks to ensure network performance, availability, and interoperability. Use network monitoring and management tools to analyse traffic, health, alarms, capacity, and performance trends. Troubleshoot routine to complex incidents using structured root-cause analysis methods and diagnostic tools. Support issue resolution during implementation, commissioning, and early operations. Maintain complete project and operational documentation, including test reports, traceability matrices, configuration records, and as-built documentation. Work independently on assigned scopes while coordinating effectively with broader engineering and project teams. Works closely with Cybersecurity Engineers to ensure secure network design and compliance alignment. Supports ELV/CCTV Specialists for surveillance, access control, structured cabling, and infrastructure integration. Reports functionally to the Park Manager. Perform any other duties assigned by Management. Requirements: Degree/Diploam in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant networking experience. Must have a system integration background, with strong hands-on delivery and implementation experience in customer environments. Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing: Switches and routers Load balancers Firewalls Strong technical knowledge in: Basic to advanced routing and switching Wired and wireless networking Network security including ACL, firewall, VPN, and ISE Network performance monitoring Professional certification is mandatory. Ability to prepare technical designs, validation documents, and test plans. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
