The Capacity, Production Planning & Procurement Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the Manager of Finished Goods Procurement (BKK), the Senior Director of Finished Goods Procurement, and the broader supply chain team in the procurement of all Finished Goods categories. This role primarily provides analytical support to the Bangkok based team, while also collaborating closely with the broader procurement function, including NY Corporate. The position offers hands-on exposure to cross-functional operations, reporting, and supplier management, contributing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. As an entry level opportunity, it provides a strong foundation in procurement and supply chain operations within a dynamic, global environment. Responsibilities Support the Manager of Finished Goods Procurement and Senior Director of Finished Good Procurement by preparing data summaries, identifying trends, and highlighting risks and opportunities to inform decision-making. Develop and maintain reporting tools to support established Procurement and Manufacturing Operations strategies. Attend cross-functional supply chain meetings (e.g., Risk, Supplier Meeting) to: Observe and take detailed notes Collect and organize relevant data before and after meetings Ensure timely follow-up on action items Provide analytical support through data collection, validation, and reporting. Create dashboards and high level call outs for the Manager and Senior Director, using Sigma and Excel to enable high-level supplier management. Maintain accurate and consistent data to support buyers and internal stakeholders in making informed operational decisions. Enhance existing reporting standards and respond to the growing demand for strategic insights. Perform vendor management evaluations, including: Capacity reporting WIP Reporting Shipment Reporting Ad Hoc vendor management reporting Build strong working relationships across internal departments, including Product Development, Procurement, Information Technology and Quality Control. Support additional procurement-related initiatives as needed. Demonstrate reliability and initiative through strong work habits, skill development, and a commitment to team success. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Strong communication skills (English – written and verbal) with the ability to summarize complex data clearly. Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially: Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, charts, data visualization) PowerPoint (professional presentation creation) Word (report writing and documentation) Experience with Sigma or similar data analysis/reporting platforms is a plus. Analytical mindset with a problem-solving orientation and curiosity for continuous improvement. Education: · 4 year degree, 1-3 years experience
