This role is essential for managing the strategic innovation change management initiatives of the Group Innovation Office. The Manager, Innovation Change Management will lead the people side of change for Group Innovation Office (GIO) initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working across the company. This role will partner closely with product teams, business units, Group functions, and market stakeholders to drive awareness, readiness, engagement, adoption, and value realization from innovation investments. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Change Strategy & Planning • Develop and execute innovation change management strategies and plans for GIO products and enterprise initiatives. • Conduct change impact assessments and identify adoption risks and mitigation actions. • Define stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption approaches. • Establish change milestones, success measures, and adoption targets. 2. Stakeholder Engagement • Identify and map stakeholders across Group Office, Business Units, and functions. • Build strong relationships with senior leaders, product owners, HR, Technology, and market teams. • Establish and manage Change Champion networks to support local adoption and feedback collection. • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, roadshows, and alignment sessions. 3. Communications & Awareness • Develop communication strategies and content to drive awareness and engagement. • Create executive-ready presentations, newsletters, intranet content, videos, FAQs, and leadership messages. • Ensure key messages are clearly communicated across diverse stakeholder groups. • Measure communication effectiveness and optimize campaigns based on feedback. 4. Training & Enablement • Design and coordinate learning and enablement programs to support adoption. • Partner with HR, Learning teams, and product owners to develop training materials and user guides. • Organize workshops, demonstrations, office hours, and learning events. • Support business units in embedding new capabilities into day-to-day operations. 5. Adoption Monitoring & Reporting • Track adoption metrics, user engagement, training completion, and business outcomes. • Develop dashboards and reports to communicate progress to leadership. • Gather user feedback and identify opportunities to improve adoption and user experience. • Provide regular updates to steering committees and project sponsors. 6. Governance & Continuous Improvement • Ensure change activities align with project governance and compliance requirements. • Maintain change management documentation, templates, and playbooks. • Capture lessons learned and institutionalize best practices across initiatives. • Support continuous improvement of GIO's enterprise-wide change management framework. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, or a related discipline. • 5–8 years of experience in change management, strategy, transformation, organizational development, communications, or project management roles. Prior experience in consulting roles is preferred. • Proven experience in strategic planning and change management, particularly in technology, digital, AI or innovation projects. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives. • Ability to influence without direct authority across senior stakeholder groups. • Experience with Prosci, ADKAR, or similar change management methodologies is an advantage. • Fluency in written and spoken English essential. Ability to communicate in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is preferred.
