We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Manager – Leisure to join our team. This role focuses on direct sales , building strong relationships with clients and agents, and driving revenue through face-to-face sales activities and trade engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets in the Leisure segment. Conduct direct sales activities , including regular face-to-face meetings with clients, travel agents, tour operators, and business partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and key trade partners. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer and agent network. Participate in trade shows, sales missions, roadshows, and other industry events. Regularly visit clients and agents across Phuket, Phang Nga, and Krabi . Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates on business performance. Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth business operations. Qualifications 5+ years of sales experience in the tour operator, attraction/entertainment, or hotel industry . At least 2 years of experience at Supervisor or Manager level . Proven track record of achieving sales targets through direct agent visits and trade engagement . Excellent English communication skills , both spoken and written. Chinese or Russian language skills would be an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident and professional personality. Customer-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated with strong negotiation skills. Comfortable with frequent business travel across Phuket, Phang Nga, and Krabi , as well as attending domestic trade shows and sales events. Able to work independently and take initiative in developing new business opportunities.
