LPS Sourcing Professional

WORK LOCATION: SHENZHEN Job Responsibilities * Manage the procurement of ICT solutions, including hardware, software, cloud services, and professional services, by engaging with resellers, technology providers, and vendors. * Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and technical teams to understand project requirements and ensure timely and accurate procurement of products and services. * Review and validate vendor quotations, BOMs, and technical specifications to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and channel partners while driving supplier performance and service quality. * Identify cost optimization opportunities and support sourcing strategies that enhance procurement efficiency and business value. ------------------------- Job Requirements * Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT solutions procurement, technical buying, sourcing, vendor management, or related commercial functions. * Experience in purchasing and/or selling ICT solutions, with a solid understanding of ICT products, services, and solution-based business models. * Basic understanding of enterprise IT architecture and the ability to interpret solution designs, technical specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOM). * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Fluent in both English and Cantonese (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
