Your core responsibilities: Lead ERGO Thailand's enterprise-wide transformation programme, ensuring strategic alignment, disciplined execution, measurable value creation and sustainable business impact. Develop, continuously refine and drive the execution of the company's corporate strategy, translating Group priorities into a focused and actionable Thailand agenda. Lead corporate-development activities, including strategic partnerships, inorganic-growth initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, business-case development, due diligence, transaction execution and post-merger integration. Direct the strategic-planning process, monitor enterprise performance and ensure alignment between strategy, financial planning, resource allocation and execution. Lead the CEO Office and establish high-quality executive governance, including Executive Committee processes, Board preparation, decision tracking and rigorous follow-up of strategic priorities. Serve as the CEO's trusted advisor and strategic sparring partner, providing independent advice on strategic, organizational, operational, financial and people-related matters. Build strong relationships across ERGO Group and Munich Re Group and ensure alignment with Group strategy, governance requirements, reporting standards and transformation initiatives. Drive enterprise-wide execution discipline by aligning senior stakeholders, removing organizational barriers, resolving complex cross-functional issues and holding leaders accountable for delivery. Foster a high-performance culture characterized by ownership, transparency, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Your profile: Academic credentials from a leading university in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Law or a related discipline. MBA or other advanced postgraduate qualification preferred. Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in Corporate Development, Strategy, Transformation, M&A, Management Consulting, Investment Banking or senior executive leadership roles, preferably within insurance or financial services. Proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise transformation programmes that delivered measurable business outcomes. Demonstrated experience developing and executing corporate strategy at executive level. Strong M&A experience, including transaction evaluation, valuation, due diligence, negotiation support and post-merger integration. Experience working directly with CEOs, Boards and Executive Committees. Experience operating successfully within an international or matrix organisation. Strong commercial and financial acumen, with excellent stakeholder-management capabilities.
