Position: Senior Livestream Host (Beauty & Commerce) Department: Operations Reports to: Tiktok Operation Senior Manager Job Summary : A Senior Livestream Host is responsible for driving revenue through high-performing livestreams. This role goes beyond hosting; it requires strong sales ability, engaging on-camera presence, and the capability to convert audience attention into sales while representing the brand effectively. Job Responsibilities: Lead and execute livestreams across TikTok, Shopee, and other platforms Present and sell products using strong conversion-focused techniques Monitor and adjust live performance in real time (engagement, retention, sales flow) Collaborate on livestream concepts, campaign strategies, and selling approaches Act as on-camera talent for content, advertisements, and brand campaigns Deliver clear, accurate, and compelling product explanations, especially in beauty categories Core Requirements Livestream Sales Expertise (Must-have) Proven ability to drive sales through livestreams Strong closing skills and ability to create urgency (e.g., promotions, limited offers) Able to read audience behavior and adapt instantly during live sessions Strong On-Camera Presence Confident, engaging, and consistent personality Clear character that enhances selling effectiveness (entertaining, persuasive, credible) Capable of maintaining audience attention and retention Beauty Product Knowledge Solid understanding of cosmetics and skincare Able to explain key ingredients (e.g., active ingredients) in a simple and compelling way Can connect product benefits to customer needs and concerns Creativity & Commercial Thinking Able to develop or co-create livestream scripts and selling angles Understands what drives conversion, not just content quality Capable of creating engaging hooks, storytelling, and promotional moments Adaptability & Problem Solving Able to respond to real-time challenges during live sessions Maintains performance under pressure and adjusts strategies quickly Qualifications: Open to all genders, Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred) Minimum 3–5 years of experience in livestream hosting, sales, or related roles (beauty/e-commerce preferred) Proven experience in TikTok Live, Shopee Live, or similar platforms Strong communication skills in Thai (English is a plus) Results-oriented with a strong passion for sales and performance Required Skills This role requires a rare combination of entertainer, salesperson, and brand representative. A strong commercial mindset and performance-driven attitude are essential.
