Assistant Manager - Product Development

The Assistant Manager - Product Development supports the planning, development, enhancement, and implementation of digital products and ticketing solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role is responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing market trends and user needs, coordinating product development activities, and driving product improvements to enhance user experience and business performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering innovative products that create value for both users and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Support the development of product strategies, product roadmaps, and enhancement initiatives based on market insights, user feedback, and business objectives Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements, including product features, user journeys, business rules, and acceptance criteria Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Operations and Business Development teams, to ensure alignment throughout the product development lifecycle Participate in product requirement reviews, user acceptance testing (UAT), and solution validation to ensure requirements are accurately delivered and meet business expectations Monitor project progress, coordinate resources, manage priorities, and facilitate communication among stakeholders to support timely and successful product delivery Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, feature rollouts, and commercialization initiatives Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and user behaviour data to identify enhancement opportunities and drive continuous product improvement Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in product development or related fields, with proven track record of successful product implementation Solid understanding of product development methodologies and the software development lifecycle Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical product solutions Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and levels of the organization Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven Strong sense of ownership, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn and grow within a product management career path
