Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager / Site Supervisor ( Fitout )

About the role We are seeking a highly experienced project manager / assistant project manager / site supervisor to join our dynamic interior fitout team at Hing Lung Interior Design and Engineering Limited. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex interior fitout projects in the Kwun Tong District. Your strong project management expertise and leadership skills will be crucial in driving our projects to completion and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. What you'll be doing Manage the end-to-end delivery of interior fit-out projects, from planning and coordination to budget control and final handover (for Project Managers) Lead and motivate project teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution (for Project Managers) Develop and implement detailed project plans, monitor progress, and identify and mitigate risks (for Project Managers) Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and monitoring project activities to ensure timely completion within budget (for Assistant Project Managers) Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless project delivery (for Project Manager) Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to address any issues or concerns that arise during the project lifecycle (for Assistant Project Manager / Site Supervisor) Conduct site inspections and supervise on-site activities to ensure work is carried out to the highest standards (for Assistant Project Manager / Site Supervisor) Oversee the procurement of materials and services, and manage the financial aspects of projects (for Project Manager) Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Continuously seek ways to improve processes and implement best practices What we're looking for 8+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the interior fit-out industry (for Project Manager) Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar Assistant Project Manager or Site Supervisor role within the construction industry (fit-out) (for Assistant Project Manager / Site Supervisor) Excellent understanding of construction and design principles, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members Proficient in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, or similar Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver high-quality results Relevant qualifications in project management, construction, or a related field What we offer At Hing Lung Interior Design and Engineering Limited, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
