What you will do: Support the Project Manager and SMEs in tracking project progress and status. Coordinate projects with relevant stakeholders, ensure proper communication, close gaps among team members, and align the team towards project goals. Provide timely project reporting to the Project Manager and Management, including project status, issues, risks, and budget updates. Organize and attend project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and maintain the project repository for auditing purposes. Support improvements to internal PMO processes, tools, and workflows, and suggest viable solutions to establish new procedures or optimize existing ones as needed. Support and assist in other ad hoc tasks, duties, projects, and activities as assigned by Management. What you will need: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in Project/Programme Management Office functions and project delivery within the IT industry. Familiarity with Project Management concepts. Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile Scrum would be an added advantage, but are not mandatory. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project). Experience with Project Management tools such as Jira and Micro Focus PPM would be an added advantage. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and work effectively in a team environment.
