Student Engagement Officer

Regularly reviews policies and information related to student services which include, but are not limited to scholarship application and obligations, territorial defense studies, student clubs, student council and student activities, financial aid, accommodation, new student orientation, etc. Acts as a first contact for student services and signpost enquiries to appropriate support departments or persons. Provides full range of student services support to students by responding to inquiries and requests for information and assistance in person, online, or by telephone. Assists and informs students with student services processes, procedures and policies, which include, but are not limited to, financial aid, visa extension, accommodation, new student orientation and etc. Manage and update the social media platforms of the University, Student Council, and student clubs. Possess basic skills in creative design, bilingual translation, copywriting and proofreading, photography, videography, video production, and editing. Assist in producing promotional graphics, posters, short videos, and other social media content, as well as collecting, organizing, and managing event photos, videos, student stories, and other promotional materials. Support the University’s branding and student recruitment activities, provide prospective students with basic information about the University and its programmes, and assist in planning, organizing, and implementing campus events, student recruitment activities, education fairs, and other marketing and promotional activities.
