Type of Client : Pharmaceutical Company Position: Supply Chain Specialist Contract: 1 Years Contract (Renewable) Salary : 40,000 - 50,000 THB + SSO + AL + Group Insurance Location: BTS Sala Daeng , Bangkok Work day: Monday - Friday, 9.00 - 18.00 PM Job Description : Handle for inbound process Preparing required documents and review shipping documents and revelent documents to shipping agency Review and validate accuracy of shipping documents Coordiante and ensure full set of document send to shiping agency Keep record of general and shipping documents for imported shipments. Track and monitor status of shipment. Coordinate with distributor to ensure receiving process is completed on time. Handle for outbound process ( to distributor) Receiving PO and checking available stock Coordinate with distributor for transfer stock. Issue billing invoice Monitor level stock at distirbutor and alert if low stock item. Handle for Redressing process Prepare sticker and material for redress ( Align with regulation of TFDA) including PR/PO order to vendor. Plan and prioritize to ZP redressing department . Follow up plan by weekly. Handle for Return process Recroding of return goods , damage goods and expire stock base on decision from QA . Issue CN by monthly . Follow up with 4PL to move stock to the respective location. Handle for supply /shipment plan Update forecast sell out of all BU . Update Supply plan of all BU . Update supply /shipment plan in system in 1st WK of month. Review risk file update from RDC and update team if found any issue impact. Confirm order and issue order to RDC for shipment plan. Monitor and follow up the shipment to fulfill the stock level. Handle for inventory control Ensure the available stock enough to support commercial/sale team. Monitor ageing stock /slow moving and work with team to reduce it. Reconcile inventory between distributor report Ensure interface data from distributor correctly ,not found any error. Monitor and accurate update stock in system. Manage shelf sample & marketing sample. Education/Training: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Business Administration or any other related field Work Experience: Minimum 3-5 years experience in supply chain or planner or Logistics. A few years experiences in FMCG or Phamaceutical would be advantage If have experience in end to end supply chain would be advantage. Required pre-requisites skills/experience: Good command of English; mainly for reading and writing Good command on MS office especially excel . Able to work cooperatively and collaboratively with other organizations Proactive, Initiative, service minded, positive orientation ,good analytical well-organized and interpersonal skills
