You will lead the products to make them meets product vision and business requirements. You will define product roadmaps and develop customer journey mapping. You will define user stories, product features and releases. You will manage and prioritize backlogs and development iteration with the agile team. You will continually improve development process and flexibly adapt to changes. You will continually find opportunities and risks for the products based on analytics and data-informed decision. You will manage client projects from time to time. You are expected to be proactive and self-reliance on problem-solving and creatively initiate new ideas. 🎒 Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. 3+ years of experience in product owner, project manager or related field. Able to translate your knowledge and experience into user stories and detailed requirements. Outstanding written and oral communication skills with strong personal presence. You can communicate concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels. Able to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization, and in a variety of situations. Passionate about user experience with an obsessive attention to detail. Proven track-record of shipping high-quality digital products that drive business results is a plus. Excellence resources management and planning skills with high adaptability to changing environments both inside and outside of the organization. Can-do attitude and strong insight gathering skill. Good understanding of software development process.
