To implement company policy, KPI, and programs in Health, Safety & Environment fields, CSR Activities, and compliance of the Health, Safety & Environment -quality system with external certification To initiate and maintain communication and reporting to internal (GMTH and external (government, contractor, supplier, and society) in the implementation of Health, Safety & Environment & CSR. To Ensure all infrastructure, equipment, and tools for implementation of SE are in place and in good condition monitored and maintained property, checked and certified regularly. Ensure implementation of training and development of the department members and also factory employees in SHE Implementation of Health, Safety & Environment policy, KPI, and Programme of the factory site. Implementation and maintain of CSR activities, especially for education, health & community development programs at the surrounding factory. Maintain, monitor, upgrade, and certify Health, Safety & Environment infrastructures and equipment Compliance with Health, Safety & environmental quality system with external certification and company policy Support and implement Health, Safety & environmental activities in the plant or respective area & CSR Activities surrounding the factory workplace which are conformed to safety & environmental law & regulations and GMTH standards. Initiate and maintain communication with internal and external in the implementation of Health, Safety & environmental & CSR programs Training and development program of employees for implementation of Health, Safety & environmental policy Knowledge, Skills & Experience Needed: Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety. 0-3 years of working experience in a safety and environment. Strong conduct training and communication skills. High responsibility and good attitude. Effective negotiation skills. Aligning business needs.
