Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate routine planned preventive maintenance activities for HV and LV distribution systems, associated plant and equipment, and HVAC cooling/heating systems in accordance with CMMS work orders and scheduled shifts. Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) for operating conditions, alarms, and potential system issues. Respond to and resolve air-conditioning and HVAC-related issues on site. Conduct regular building inspections and record meter readings from UPS, PDUs, utilities, and other critical equipment. Investigate equipment and system faults, identify root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions. Prepare accurate and timely maintenance, operational, and incident reports as required. Ensure all corrective and repair work is completed in accordance with applicable regulations, safety requirements, and technical standards. Supervise, support, and provide technical guidance to Shift Technicians. Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, and related technical works. Participate in the emergency call-out roster, providing coverage for weekends and team member absences when required. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the data centre facilities, including their layouts, systems, functions, and operational complexities. Build and maintain strong working relationships with Facilities Managers, client representatives, and other relevant stakeholders. Ensure day-to-day operations comply with safe working practices, quality standards, and industry best practices. Proactively recommend ideas and improvement initiatives that enhance service levels, operational reliability, and overall service delivery. Perform other duties as required by the client, in accordance with relevant experience and technical competencies. Requirements: Technical Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in critical environments or data centre facilities. Strong knowledge of building services, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and associated facility systems. Good customer service and relationship management skills. Working knowledge of Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and safe working procedures. Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and operational processes. Hands-on experience using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Building Management Systems (BMS). Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively in both Thai and English is an advantage.
