Accounting Assistant Manager

Roles & Responsibilities: Support accounting operations including AR, AP, GL and Fixed Assets. Coordinate and support J-SOX compliance and internal control documentation. Verify the accuracy and completeness of payment vouchers. Control month-end and year-end closing processes. Review and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports to the parent company. Review and analyze financial statements and reports. Manage and control the annual budget and update it according to scheduled timelines. Ensure tax compliance including VAT, withholding tax, excise tax and corporate income tax. Manage and supervise the accounting team and daily accounting operations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or higher. At least 5 years of accounting manager experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and accounting systems. Team-oriented with ability to coach and provide guidance to junior staff Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare financial reports for management. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines. Positive attitude, eager to learn, and strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge Requirement : Good English Reading , Writing and Speaking Skills. Proficient in MS Excel other MS Office applications Familiarity with international quality standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
