Job Description Coordinate with department store buyers regarding promotional setup, new product listings in department store systems, and all matters related to product barcodes. Coordinate with the warehouse team for the requisition and delivery of furniture, display materials, and other equipment required for off-site promotions and events. Communicate and coordinate with Sales Promoters (PCs) regarding brand updates, announcements, and operational matters. Collect and consolidate daily sales reports from all Sales Promoters (PCs) and prepare individual sales performance records. Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) for both domestic and international purchases for the department. Prepare sales reports from the POS system and submit them to the Accounting Department, including annual sales reports and other management reports as assigned. Conduct quarterly inventory checks at branches in coordination with the Accounting Team. Prepare quarterly summaries of product discount adjustments, including discounts related to sales events and promotional campaigns. Manage and maintain product listings on department store online platforms and the company’s LINE Official Account (LINE OA). Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Experience in Sales Administration, Retail Operations, Department Store Coordination, E-commerce Administration, or related fields is preferred. Experience in mall administration, retail operations, or a related field will be considered an advantage. Proficiency in SAP. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with online sales platforms, marketplace management, or social commerce channels is an advantage.
