Education Programme Leader (Up to HK$45,000 + DB + Leading Education Firm)

Our client is seeking an energetic calibre who has entrepreneurial mind-set as Education Programme Leader to join their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be responsible for education programme development, curriculum management as well as strategic partnerships enhancement. Key Responsibilities Education Product & Programme Development Lead the design, development, and launch of new academic and educational programmes. Continuously enhance and scale existing courses to improve learning outcomes and commercial performance. Oversee end-to-end programme development, including curriculum design, tutor recruitment, training, and delivery quality assurance. Drive programmes from concept and strategy development through to market launch and ongoing optimisation. Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for programme expansion. Seminars & Events Management Conceptualise, plan, and deliver a portfolio of educational events, including 3-4 flagship events and 20 smaller online and offline seminars annually. Develop engaging seminars, workshops, talks, and learning experiences for parents and students. Coordinate with schools, education professionals, guest speakers, and industry partners to ensure successful event execution. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen brand awareness and market presence. Education Content Development Create high-quality written, digital, and multimedia educational content across various platforms. Develop content that supports marketing campaigns, brand positioning, student recruitment, and customer engagement objectives. Communicate programme value propositions effectively to drive enrolment and market demand. Alternative & Future-Focused Education Development (Core Growth Area) Lead the development of innovative enrichment and alternative education programmes beyond traditional academic offerings. Design structured learning pathways in areas such as leadership, critical thinking, financial literacy, philosophy, creativity, and other future-ready competencies. Pilot, evaluate, and scale new programme concepts that align with the evolving expectations of Hong Kong families and global education trends. Drive innovation in child development and holistic learning solutions to support long-term business growth. Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Establish and cultivate partnerships with leading schools, educational institutions, universities, and EdTech providers in the UK, US, and other key markets. Develop co-branded programmes, strategic alliances, and joint initiatives that enhance the organisation's offerings and market reach. Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams through collaboration and partnership development. Support overall business growth by leveraging strategic relationships to strengthen the company's position within the education sector. Requirements Bachelor's degree holder. Minimum 3 years of experience in education programme development, curriculum management, or related educational leadership roles. Familiar with the UK education system, demonstrated through experience with UK universities, UK boarding schools, or English teaching experience within a Hong Kong international school environment. Excellent command of both English and Cantonese, with strong written and verbal communication skills. In-depth understanding of Hong Kong's international school and UK education landscape, including student pathways and parent expectations. Proven track record of successfully developing and launching educational programmes, with the ability to drive student enrolment and business growth. Entrepreneurial, proactive, and capable of identifying new opportunities within the education sector. Commercially minded, with strong project management and execution capabilities.
